How a Subscription with Exact Editions Works

With a digital subscription with Exact Editions you get instant access to the full range of issues of a magazine for the limited time period of the subscription, rather than permanent access to specific issues.

Subscribers can access the full catalogue of back issues and any new issue that comes out during the subscription, but it will not be possible to access, download or sync any issues once the subscription has expired.

Buying a Digital Subscription using Stripe

You can choose a digital subscription from our wide range of titles in the Exact Editions shop.

Simply click on the cover of the title you'd like to view, and you will see all the available subscription options with pricing.

Choose the subscription type you would like to purchase and click on the "add to basket" button below the subscription option.

Once you have confirmed your selection you will be asked to set up an Exact Editions account. To do so, please follow the steps below:

1. Type in the email address you would like to use as your Exact Editions username.
2. Tick the option "I am a new subscriber".
3. Set yourself a password and confirm it.
4. Click the "register" button.

If you already have an Exact Editions Account, follow the steps below:

1. Type in the email address you use as your Exact Editions username.
2. Tick the option "I already have an Exact Editions account, and my password is".
3. Type in your Exact Editions password.
4. Click the "proceed" button.

Once you have either logged in to or set up a new accout you will be redirected to the shopping basket. To pay with Stripe click on the "Pay with Card" button.

A payment window will appear on your screen. To finalise your payment type in your card details and click on "Pay".

Renewing your Digital Subscription

To renew a subscription, please log in to your Exact Editions account and click on "Account" and then "preferences" in the top toolbar.

Choose "Your subscriptions" on the preferences page.

Click on the "renew" button next to the relevant subscription.

Cancelling your Digital Subscription

You can cancel your 3 month recurring subscription by:

1. Logging in to your Exact Editions account.
2. Click on "My Account" and choose "preferences" from the drop down menu.
3. Choose "Your subscriptions".
4. Click on "Do not renew" next to the relevant subscription.

N.B. Please allow 4 days notice before the proposed renewal date for your subscription to be cancelled in time.

You can cancel a 1 year subscription within the first 30 days of purchase by sending an email to support@exacteditions.com.

Please note that if you have purchased your subscription via the publisher, you will need to contact them directly to in order to cancel your subscription. You can find the relevant contact information by visiting the magazine or publisher website.
